Indigenous activists representing The Conselho Indígena de Roraima (CIR), Confederação das Organizações Indígenas da Amazônia Brasileira (COIAB) and the Federação das Organizações Indígenas do Rio Negro (FOIRN) shared their struggles over land conflicts and sustainable use of resources. In the podcast Beni Barreto, Rosilene Fonseca, Marcos Cadete and Gerardo offer an overview of what’s the life like in the Amazon. Some other indigenous representatives attended the meeting, Dani Melo, Daniele Cardosa, Diemeson dos Santos and Franklin da Silva.
