Your group has been charged with playing the various stakeholder roles involved in a wide-ranging community review of the community radio station.

If there are more people in your group than the seven categories identified, create other categories or permit two or more to represent each category.
One person should chair and another takes notes.
Each category should read from their cue card outlining their interests and concerns. And then let the dialogue/evaluation begin with each person staying in character, envisaging what his or her group would wish to say and see accomplished.
Report on the outcome of your audit to the larger group. |
